How do I allow Plugmate to clone my actual SIM details for banking app registration?

Hello,

My banking and other security app require registration using a SIM on my host phone. How can I clone my host phone’ SIM card detail so that I am able to receive notification from the app, or I do not need to worry about that? The key info that I am not certain about include telco digital number etc.

For security reasons, PlugMate does not support real SIM card, does not support clone the host SIM information. For better app compatibility, you can configure virtual SIM information in PlugMate under PlugOS Settings → Virtual Peripherals.

Jack, can you elaborate more about the Virtual Peripherals and how to use it to set virtual SIM info? Where can I find more info about Virtual Peripherals? Thanks.

Simulated Mobile & SIM function is a set of system-level features that support software-based hardware emulation, including virtual SIM and virtual mobile network operator services.It allows you to simulate customized information such as IMSI, ICCID, phone number and carrier details,etc. This feature is designed for device identity privacy protection and application compatibility testing,etc.

Enter the PlugMate system and edit the values directly in:
