To continue on the second social media app install on Plugmate, after the install, how does notification work, exactly? Say I am using my plugmate and typing a chat on Plugmate, and I exit and shutdown. Someone replies to my chat when Plugmate is not powered on or attached to the host, what happens? Will that notification be lost? Will I still get it since the second SIM phone number used to register is on the host phone? or, If I attach and turn on plugmate one hour later, will I get the notification to continue as per normal?

If your PlugMate is powered off, you will not receive any notifications because your account will be offline. When you turn on your PlugMate after one hour, your account goes online again, and the app will sync and retrieve your recent messages automatically. This works the same way as a regular mobile phone being powered off.
