Opensource, why not?

do you consider open sourcing the os ? i mean you sell a hardware device that is hard to replicate, a SoC so tiny and capable. I think this project could gather a strong comunity and has a lot of potential to benefit if PR-s are welcome.

Thanks for the suggestion, and we really appreciate the interest in contributing.

At this stage, our priority is stabilizing the hardware platform and the core security architecture. Building and maintaining an open-source project also requires long-term resources and a sustainable foundation.

For now, the best way to support the project is by supporting PlugMate — purchasing the hardware and sharing feedback or suggestions. If PlugMate gains enough adoption and community backing, it will put us in a much stronger position to open up more parts of the system and involve contributors.

We’d definitely love to explore that direction as the project grows.
