Can plugmate use the host biometric devices such as fingerprint sensor or FaceID for authentication

Hello,

I am looking to install Bank and other security apps that require authentication using biometrics. Does Plugmate allow use of the Samsung galaxy fingerprint sensor for biometrics within the plugmate? If so, how do I enable it? If not, what are the workarounds?

Not supported Now. The Samsung Galaxy built-in fingerprint sensor cannot be directly used for biometric authentication inside PlugMate at this time.

Thanks for the reply, hopefully, in future, it will be supported.

We will look into how to support this feature. The compatibility issues may still exist, as there are a huge variety of phone and tablet models on the market.

Understand, but fingerprint and face ID are frequently used by security apps. Hope you succeed in supporting it!
