I registered a new Google account and want to use it as a privacy account inside PlugMate for linking various apps, keeping it separate from the account I use daily on my phone. However, I’ve already been using PlugMate for a while. If I reset the system now, is it possible that residual data in the app could link to my new account and thereby reveal my real identity?
No data linkage. PlugMate’s storage is fully encrypted. During a factory reset, the encryption key will be rotated, alongside standard Android factory reset procedures. After reinitializing the device, previous data becomes inaccessible, so no association can be formed from legacy data.
