Device Crashing consistently

I have a reproduceable scenario where the whole device is crashing. How can I gather logs to aid in the investigation and who do I contact?

This is happening for an app that accesses the camera, the device crashes right after that.

Please go to PlugOS Settings → Feedback and manually submit the crash log. This will help us diagnose the issue and we will provide a quick fix once locating the cause.

Looks like the feedback tool is not working. I have tried 3 times to submit the report and it fails. Any other way?

Also the failure message is a bit misleading.

This may be caused by network problems. We will double-check it. You can try submit feedback directly in the PlugOS client.
