Are there any devices or models that cannot be used?
PlugMate gets power from the host device and communicates with the PlugOS client installed on the host via USB to achieve desktop control.
Supports the following types of host devices:
1、iPhone 15 or newer models with a USB‑C port.
2、iPad models with a USB‑C port.
Note: Compatibility is not available via adapters due to protocol differences between Lightning and USB‑C.
3、Android phones or tablets with a USB‑C port, running Android 8.0 or higher.
Note：Some brands of Android devices limit the USB power output to peripherals and cannot supply sufficient power to PlugMate. If you encounter this issue, please enable Compatibility Mode. When Compatibility Mode is turned on, PlugMate will cut down power consumption and performance load to adapt to low-power hosts and sustain stable long-term operation.
