PlugMate gets power from the host device and communicates with the PlugOS client installed on the host via USB to achieve desktop control.
The PlugOS client App supports the following types of host devices:
1、iPhone 15 or newer models.
2、iPad models with a USB‑C port.
Note: Compatibility is not available via adapters due to protocol differences between Lightning and USB‑C.
3、Mac PCs with Apple M1 or newer chips, running macOS 14.5 or later.
Note: x86-based Macs are not supported.
4、Windows computers with x86 architecture CPUs, running Windows 8 or later.
Note: Windows devices with ARM architecture are not supported.
USB‑A to USB‑C adapters are supported on computers.
5、Android phones or tablets with a USB‑C port, running Android 8.0 or higher.
Note: Android phones or tablets with physical keyboards are not supported.
