Windows client can't enter PlugMate after add device

I installed the plugos client on windows, but after adding the plugmate, i can’t access the desktop.

For certain Windows OS versions, there is a chance of driver compatibility problems arising during PlugMate’s connection and driver installation process
  1. Please check Device Manager to confirm that the drivers needed for PlugMate are enabled (see the marked area in the diagram).
  2. if you can’t enter the PlugMate desktop,please uninstall them
  3. reinsert the PlugMate device and try again.
